 note = {神経内科学教室岩田誠教授退任記念特別号, Voiding dysfunction is unusual in Myasthenia Gravis (MG). There are only 4 prior reports of voiding dysfunction in patients with MG. We report the fifth patient a 39 years old female with generalized MG who developed urinary incontinence. A review of the literature revealed 3 cases showing detrusor dysfunction on cystmetry and accompanied by some autonomic symptoms. Voiding dysfunction responded to anti-acetylcholine esterase inhibitor or immunosuppressive therapy for MG. It is speculated that voiding dysfunction may be due to an autoimmune process including muscarinic acetylcholine antibody.},
