@article{oai:twinkle.repo.nii.ac.jp:00016865, author = {菊地, 愛子}, issue = {12}, journal = {東京女子医科大学雑誌}, month = {Dec}, note = {We examined the tumors of fifty-eight patients with endometrial carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis of estrogen receptor (ER) expression and Ki-67 labeling index (L.I.). In twenty-four patients we also performed a biochemical analysis of ER. The results were as follows. 1) There was a good correlation between the immunohistochemical categories and biochemical levels of ER. 2) The presence of ER was significantly (p <0.05) associated with surgical stage, but was not related to histologic differentiation. 3) In the ER-negative group, Ki-67 L.I. was significantly (p <0.05) associated with surgical stage, histologic differentiation, lymph-node metastasis, ductal permeation and recurrence, Ki-67 may become a prognostic marker in this group of patients. 4) In the premenopausal patients who had ER, the level of Ki-67 was significantly higher (p <0.01) than the ER-negative premenopausal patients. Our results suggest that the proliferative effect of the endogenous estrogen on endometrial carcinoma affects the Ki-67 levels in the ER-positive group, where as some extra-estrogenic factor such as an oncogene may affect the elevated Ki-67 levels in the ER-negative group. Immunohistochemical analysis of ER status with Ki-67 L.I. is not only simple and practical, but also predicts the degree of malignancy.}, pages = {1054--1062}, title = {子宮体癌におけるエストロゲンレセプターの発現と抗Ki-67抗体を用いた細胞増殖能についての免疫組織化学的検討}, volume = {67}, year = {1997} }
