The results were as follows: 1) The postoperative ELWV did not increase. 2) Before surgery, the ELWV was observed to be significantly higher in the patients who underwent MVR than in those who underwent CABG. After the operation, an immediate significant decrease in the ELWV was observed in the patients who underwent MVR. This decrease in the ELWV was thus affected by the improved hemodynamic status which was achieved as a result of the operation.}, pages = {838--845}, title = {肺血管外水分量よりみた冠動脈バイパス術および僧帽弁置換術における人工心肺の影響}, volume = {67}, year = {1997} }
