After the laminar structure had formed, the localization of a-FGF became intense in the photoreceptors. TGF-β was strongly positive in the posterior portion of the neural retina and in the photoreceptors. a-FGF and TGF-β tended to be localized on the anterior side of the lens during lens fiber differentiation. After the nucleus of the lens had formed, the nucleus was stained heavily. b-FGF was localized in the nucleus at the stage of nucleus formation. The results of this study suggested that the growth factors play a role in the induction of morphological differentiation.}, pages = {799--807}, title = {サンショウウオ胚網膜と水晶体の発生段階に伴う,fibroblast growth factor, transforming growth factor-betaの局在変化}, volume = {67}, year = {1997} }
