The morphological analysis is essentially an immanent action in our recognition, induced in mind when we observe on all objects not only in medical affairs, but in elsewhere we are interested. Historically the reconstruction methods were such a primary one in order to get the direct form-parameters within the living materials. The application of probability theory made enable to acquire the morphological characters of the hidden objects within the three-dimentional spaces. Because that this method, named "stereology", needs not so much time and labor in contrast to the former, its application has been widely prevailed and more sophisticated. On the other hand, the new pixel-analysis has become predominant in popularity, with background of personalization of high-able-computer. No matter which system of analysing principles are used, the value of morphological analysis is now gradually increasing as a basic tool, as a new findings and discovery of the biological events compels us to repeat rewriting again the recent paradigm and today morphology will be setting itself as the priority in all medical researches, which is resonating to Goethe's words; "in the organic nature, which will not cease generating and successively regenerate, there is no unchanged matter principally. So we are obliged to create a new science: morphology as a method in order to bring forth the essence of living nature under the lighten of the human recognition".
